Positive: The view was amazing , the stay was comfortable. Everything was clean and proper
Negative: During my three-day stay, the basic refilling of amenities, such as water in the room, was not carried out. Despite calling room service multiple times, the task was only completed after repeated reminders. This was quite disappointing, as such essentials should be taken care of proactively.

Positive: First of all, I have to say: the staff at this hotel are the best I’ve ever encountered in any hotel I’ve visited. They are incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and truly go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite with an exceptional view – an amazing first impression that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The client relations team provided us with a dedicated WhatsApp number, and they were incredibly responsive throughout the stay. Their restaurant recommendations were spot-on every time. We absolutely loved the location – the area is both beautiful and relaxing. The hotel’s food quality was very good, and the facilities were outstanding. The silent pool with a sea view was a personal favorite – calm, serene, and perfect for unwinding. There are two beach areas: one with a DJ and bar service (minimum spend required), and one without. We chose the one with the minimum spend, which is adults-only, and it was fantastic – great music, fast food and drink service, and just steps away from the sea. Literally, just a few centimeters and you’re in the water. The spa facilities were another highlight – sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, indoor pool, fitness room, and Turkish bath. I especially enjoyed starting the day with a spa routine before breakfast – such a refreshing way to begin the morning. Getting around was also easy with buggies that take you up and down to the beach area. They were always available, and we never had to wait more than a minute or two. Lastly, a special mention to the beachside restaurant staff – super friendly and always helpful, just like the rest of the team. Overall, I give this hotel a solid 10 out of 10, mainly because of the exceptional staff. They truly made our stay unforgettable.

Positive: We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Upon arrival, we where pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which was a great start to our stay. The room was extremely spacious, and comfortable – more than I expected. Mr. Tekin made us feel welcome immediately. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and warm attitude of miss Simay made a big difference. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.
Negative: Downside was that the buffet selection was quite limited.

Positive: Staff are so friendly and welcoming, breakfast buffet is delicious, also had lunch at moi vao which also great. The quiet pool was the highlight of our trip. We booked a two bedroom sea view suite which was spacious and had a maid’s room too.
